Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software or digital products

• Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

How to start a return:
Email us at alexgoddardart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions (if applicable).

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
